What’s your minimum order?
Yes! Our minimum order is 20 units of each design. Screen print have set up costs, if you were to purchase a single item this would cost a considerable amou n

I’d like to print on a shirt that isn’t listed on your website
This shouldn’t be a problem. We print on hundreds of different brands but to make it easy we only list the most popular ones. As long as we can get the blanks we will print it for you. Just drop us an email and we will see what we can do!

Why do I have to pay for so many screen setups?
Screen setups are based on the amount of colours in your design, so a screen needs to be set up for each colour. If you are printing a light colour on a dark or light coloured garment, we strongly recommend printing an under base to keep the colours vibrant. This also counts as an additional screen/colour; so, for example, printing white on black would count as a 2 colour print. If you have any questions about how many screen setups your design might need, get in touch with us.

I already have a screen, will you use my screen to print the order?
Sorry, it’s very unlikely that your screen, mesh count, emulsion and registration will fit in with our set up. If we haven’t provided the screen – we wont print it.

Can I purchase a screen to avoid future set up costs?
Yes, there are a few things to bare in mind first though. If you purchase a screen, you must store this yourself as we do not store screens under any circimstances. It is also worth noting that you will still need to pay a reduced set up fee per order. Contact us for more details.

I will place a large order post sampling, so do I have to pay for the sampling fee?
We have a strict minimum order of 20 units per design. If you are planning on placing a larger order in the future but want to see a sample first – you would need to purchase 20 garments in the same design. Alternativly, you can view our social media platforms to see the quality of our work.

When do I need to pay for my t-shirts?
We require full upfront payment from all clients. Once payment is complete, we will then book your slot into our diary.

Can you send me a photo of my shirt before you print the whole order?
Unfortunatly not as this would stall production times. We are always happy to send some action shots once the job is complete though!

Can I mix shirt sizes?
Sure thing! Everyone comes in different shapes and sizes. You can order a selection of sizes with all orders.

Can I mix & match shirt and ink colours throughout the same design?
Yep. Different shirt colours are a brilliant way of creating variety at a cheaper price. Changing ink colours are also great, however this does come at a small additional cost.

Can I supply my own garments? Can you print on these?
Yes, you can supply your own garments however, in this instance, Bitmade can not be held responsible for any damage costs to the garments during the decoration process. Please note that supplied items are provided at your own risk as some materials may react badly to the print/embroidery process.

All supplied garments must be checked by the customer before sending them to ensure that there are no manufacturing defects. Bitmade will not, at any time, be responsible for any imperfections in the finished product if faulty garments are supplied.

All garments are supplied at your own risk and Bitmade will not be responsible for the cost of the supplied garment. Due to the nature of the business, spoils are possible and we strongly recommend supplying some extra pieces if you need exact quantities.

Please be aware that a handling fee may be added at our descretion.
What’s your turnaround time? Can I have it sooner?

Our standard turnaround time is 10-25 working days + shipping time. Turnaround time is only an estimate and is not guaranteed. It only starts when your order is paid for, we have all information to complete it, and we have the final approval from you via email. Complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time. The most up-to-date turnaround time will be confirmed once the order is booked in. If you have a deadline for your order, you must let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may apply. Any circumstances out of  Bitmade ’s  control (i.e. weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored in to the initial turn around time estimate.
I have a quote from a competitor, can you meet or beat it?

We believe that our prices are very competitive given the skill and time we take during the production process. The quality of our work is first class. Give us the specifics of your order, we’ll assess whether we are offering the same service as the competitor, and we would hope to meet or beat it.
